Civil infrastructure project
Registered Civil Engineer · Australia-wide

Civil engineering, straight from the engineer.

Stormwater, roads, subdivisions and council approvals for small-to-medium developments. You deal directly with the Registered Civil Engineer who designs and signs your drawings.

03 · Who we work with

The people who get projects built.

  • Property owners

Developing a block for the first time? We explain what council will need and handle the engineering for you.

  • Land developers

Subdivision engineering, drainage and roads, carried through to council sign-off.

  • Residential builders

Stormwater plans, OSD and build-over-easement approvals, so permits aren't held up.

  • Commercial builders

Civil documentation, site grading and construction-phase inspections.

  • Architects

Civil and drainage design that works with your layout, not against it.

  • Town planners

Engineering input and reports to support permit applications.

  • Land surveyors

Grading and drainage designs built directly on your survey data.

  • Civil contractors

Construction drawings, inspections and as-constructed records.

04 · Why one engineer

No account managers.
No hand-offs.

On a small-to-medium project, the biggest risk is often the gap between the person you brief and the person who does the work. Here, it's the same person.

  1. 01

    Direct access

Call or email the engineer working on your job. Questions get answered by the person who knows the design.

  2. 02

    Clear accountability

The Registered Civil Engineer who designs your project is the one who certifies it.

  3. 03

    Sized for your project

Large-firm rigour without large-firm overheads, for jobs where every week and every dollar counts.

06 · How we work

Five steps, agreed up front.

  1. Step 1: Consultation

We talk through your site, plans and what council is likely to require.

  2. Step 2: Fee proposal

A written scope and fixed lump-sum fee, so you know the cost before we start.

  3. Step 3: Design

Modelling, calculations and construction drawings prepared in-house.

  4. Step 4: Check & submit

Four-Eyes QA review, then submission to council or the relevant authority.

  5. Step 5: Construction

Inspections, as-constructed documentation and final certification.

07 · Quality assurance

Checked twice.
Certified once.

Every design goes through a mandatory Four-Eyes review before it's issued. Software inputs and constructability are independently verified before anything is certified for construction.

Four-Eyes review — checklist QA-01
  • 01 Local rainfall (IFD) data and model inputs Verified
  • 02 Pipe sizes, pit locations and invert levels Verified
  • 03 Council policy and standard drawings Verified
  • 04 Constructability on site Verified
